High Purity Platinum Silicone Hose
High purity platinum silicone hoses are clean room produced and certified for pharmaceutical and food applications.
PTFE & FEP Lined Smooth Bore & Convoluted Hose
PTFE & FEP sanitary hoses are high purity and manufactured with easy cleaning and self-draining in mind. These hoses are typically used in pharmaceutical and food & beverage applications. Their light weight and flexible characteristics provide strong flex durability. Available in smooth bore or convoluted styles.
Flexible Metal Hose
Flexible metal hoses have high strength and are corrosion and temperature resistant. We recommend these solutions for cryogenics, pump connectors, pharmaceutical applications, steam, and flexible chemical transfer. Available with PTFE lining for applications where operational requirements are less forgiving than traditional PTFE hose.
Metal Detection Tube
Metal detection tubes are used as a machine component for viscous products such as liquids, slurries, syrups, pastes, and other pumped products. When metal is detected in the product flow, a reject signal is sent to an output relay. This can be used to activate a ball valve, control a visual or audio alarm, or send a signal to a PLC and release the rejected product, minimizing product loss and downtime. We source products that are manufactured using steam-cleanable USDA, FDA approved schedule 80 PVDF pipe suitable for system temperatures of -40°F to +240°F, and 316L sanitary Tri-Clamp® connections.

Food grade sanitary molded ends have barbless and crevice-free smooth inner bore construction. This provides a truly sanitary connection and maximum free flow of fluids. Most PVC hoses we source offer sanitary molded ends.
